The New Hope Community Market Garden is based in West Watford.
You could spend time in our large beautiful garden growing and tending plants and vegetables and/or taking part in indoor creative activities. Many people have found the garden to be an oasis of calm with opportunities to try out new activities in a safe place. We have polytunnels, growing beds, a small woodland with a fire pit and a large workshop.
Gardening isn’t just about plants; it can improve your wellbeing, provide a way of saving money by growing your own food and improve mental health due to the link between food and mood – as well as all the physical benefits. It is also an opportunity to meet new people and feel more in touch with your surroundings.
