New Hope holds regular jamming (improvising) sessions for both those who are already able to play instruments and those who are complete beginners. These are held at the Community Market Garden.
We have a set of djembe drums, an acoustic guitar, ukuleles (a small guitar-like instrument which is much, much easier to play than a guitar) as well as other percussion instruments.
We often gather round the open fire in the wooded area and enjoy the rhythm of the drums.
Keep an eye on this page for ‘pop-up’ workshops and follow the instructions on how to join.
If you would like to join us – either for a one-off workshop or on a regular basis – please complete the form that's on this page.
