New Hope runs wellbeing-centred workshops at the Community Market Garden. These are often run in conjunction with other agencies.

These sessions provide a healthy stress-free environment which allows you to explore tools you can use to keep a better frame of mind.

‘Fireside Sessions’ include healthy eating, mindfulness, anxiety, keeping healthy in the winter and soup-making for better mental health.
